摘要
目前,许多村镇规划存在着将问题简单化、“一刀切”的现象,致使一些村庄布点规划出现了对“乡村文化”的忽视乃至破坏等问题。凤桥镇村庄布点规划中主要的乡村文化保护措施有:在整个镇域范围内明确需要保护的水乡文化载体,并围绕村落传统布局模式的保留和水乡特色的发掘,推进村庄的新建、改建和拆建工作,保持部分原生态聚落以延续地区传统并对有重要历史价值的村庄制定特殊的政策。
Presently there exists with the planning for villages and small towns the problem of simplification and ＂universal application＂,which has resulted in the negligence and even the destruction of the ＂rural culture＂ by the location planning of some villages.Major measures taken to preserve the culture in location planning of the villages in Fengqiao Town include the following：carders of the culture of the water villages to be preserved are to be clearly specified all over the town;new construction, rebuilding and dismantling work should be carried out on the basis of preservation of the traditional arrangement pattern of the villages and development of the feature of the waterfront villages;part of the original ecological settlement areas are to be preserved in order to extend the local tradition and special construction policies should be worked out for villages with significant histodcal value.
