摘要
产业结构的演变是经济和非经济的因素综合作用的结果,区域产业结构和土地利用变化之间存在着内在的联系。采用灰色关联分析方法,以德州市产业结构与土地利用之间的互动关系为例,对产业结构与土地利用关系的方法进行了探索。结果表明,产业结构与土地利用之间的关系在一定经济发展阶段可以定量测度。德州市工业化进入了中期阶段,第一产业对未利用地和耕地影响最显著,第二产业对交通用地影响最强烈,第三产业对交通用地和居民用地及工矿用地面积影响最明显;土地总体利用对产业结构的影响程度排序为第三产业、第二产业、第一产业。并相应地提出了土地合理利用建议。
The evolution of industrial structure is the result of synthetic action of economic and non-economic factors,and there are internal relations between the regional industrial structure and the land use changes.The article,adopting the grey association analysis method,investigated the method of the relations between the measurement of industrial structure and the land use example of De Zhou.The result demonstrated that the relations between the measurement of industrial structure and the land use can be quantitatively measured in the definite stage of society development.The industrialization of De Zhou enters into the intermediate stage,in which the primary industry makes the most evident influence to the unused land and the farm land,and the secondary industry makes the most intense effect on the transportation uses,and the tertiary industry makes the most implicit impact on the area of the transportation uses and the residential land and the industrial land.The orders of the affection degrees of the comprehensive land use to the industrial structure are the primary industry,the secondary industry and the tertiary industry.Some suggestions were put forward.
