摘要
发展农产品加工业是实现农村工业化和农业现代化的前提和保障。吉林省粮牧资源基础较好,高产量区域集中分布在经济发达、交通便利的中南部地区。1998-2007年,吉林省农产品加工业产值年均增长率同比高于全国4个百分点。研究发现,农副食品加工业、饮料制造业、木材加工及木竹藤棕草制品业、医药制造业是产值区位商>1且就业区位商>1的行业,集聚增长趋势较为显著;农产品加工龙头企业的加工类型总体上以粮牧加工为主,药品及特产品加工比重逐步提高,空间分布格局表现为粮牧高产量区省级重点龙头企业比重较高,农产品加工业向大城市郊区及原料产区集聚进程明显。
Developing agricultural products processing industry is the precondition and safeguards for realization of rural industrialization and modernization of agriculture.Jilin province has comparative advantage of resource for grain and animal husbandry development.The areas with high grain yield are mainly concentrated in central and southern Jilin province,where there has advanced economy and convenient transportation.The annual growth rate of value of agricultural products processing industry in Jilin province is 4 percentage points higher than that in China.The calculated results showed that Location Quotient and occupational concentration respectively of food processing industry,beverage manufacturing,timber processing,bamboo,cane,palm fiber and straw product,and medical and pharmaceutical manufacturing are both higher than 1,which represents significant growth trend of concentration.The leading enterprises of agricultural products processing industry are mainly classified into grain and animal husbandry products processing,and the proportion of enterprises with processing medicine and special products is large.The most leading enterprises of agricultural products processing industry are distributed into the areas with high grain yield.The agricultural products processing industry has agglomerated at suburbs of big cities and agricultural products producing areas producing raw materials in Jilin province.
