摘要
目的探讨内镜结合低温等离子消融术在过敏性鼻炎中的治疗效果,为过敏性鼻炎的治疗提供依据。方法选取2007年9月～2009年2月于该院进行治疗的48例过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组24例和观察组24例,对照组采用二氧化碳激光治疗术进行治疗,观察组则采用内镜结合低温等离子消融术进行治疗,后将两组患者的治疗效果、患者满意率、并发症发生率、术前术后血清IgE及IL-4水平进行统计分析,并加以研究比较。结果经研究比较发现,观察组的治疗效果及患者满意率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,术后血清IgE及IL-4水平明显低于对照组,经比较,均P<0.05,差异均有显著性。结论对过敏性鼻炎患者采用内镜结合低温等离子消融术进行治疗,效果显著,值得临床进一步研究及探讨。
【Objective】To study the effect of endoscope in Plasm Radiofrequency at low temperature in the patients with allergic rhinitis in order to provide evidence for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.【Methods】48 cases patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital from September 2007 to February 2009 were selected as research object,and were divided into control group 24 cases and observation group 24 cases.The control group were treated with CO2 laser,and the observation group were treated with endoscope in Plasm Radiofrequency at low temperature.Then the efficacy,satisfaction rate,complication rate,levels of serum IgE and IL-4 before and after the operation were analyzed,and the results were studied and compared.【Results】After the study and comparison,we found that the efficacy and satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of control group,the complication rate of the observation group were lower than that of control group,the levels of serum IgE and IL-4 after the operation were were lower than those of control group,P〈0.05,there were significant differences.【Conclusions】 The effect of endoscope in Plasm Radiofrequency at low temperature in the patients with allergic rhinitis was better,the advantages of endoscope in Plasm Radiofrequency at low temperature is more,and it is worthy of further studying and used.
