摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下治疗上颌窦良性病变效果,为上颌窦良性病变的治疗方式的选择提供依据。方法选取2002年1月～2009年12月于该院进行治疗的上颌窦良性病变的270例患者为研究对象,将其随机分对照组(传统手术方法组)135例和观察组(内镜下手术组)135例,后将两组患者的治疗效果、患者满意率、术中出血量、手术时间、手术切口、住院时间及1年内的随访的并发症发生率进行统计分析,并加以研究比较。结果经研究比较发现,观察组的治疗效果优于对照组,患者满意率也明显高于对照组,而术中出血量却少于对照组,手术时间也短于对照组,同时手术平均切口也短于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,经过1年的随访发现,观察组的并发症发生率也明显低于对照组,经比较,均P<0.05,差异均有显著性。结论在上颌窦良性病变采用内镜下手术的方式进行治疗,效果较为明显,优点较多。
【Objective】To study the effect of endoscopic surgery for maxillary sinus benign diseases in order to provide evidence for selection of the treatment. 【Methods】270 cases patients with maxillary sinus benign diseases in our hospital from January 2002 to December 2009 were selected as research object,and were divided into control group （traditional operation group）135 cases and observation group （endoscopic surgery group） 135 cases. Then the effect of the treatment,satisfactory rate of patients,volume of bleeding,operation time,the surgical wound,hospitalization time,incidence of complications were compared.【Results】After the comparison,we found that the effect of observation group were better than that of control group,satisfactory rate of patients was higher than that of control group,volume of bleeding was less han that of control group,operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than that of control group,incidence of complications were less too,P〈0.05,there were significant differences.【Conclusions】The effect of endoscopic surgery for maxillary sinus benign diseases was better,it has advantages and it is worthy of further studying and used.
