摘要
本研究以PCR技术扩增牛Y—DNA特异性片段，制备成探针，并用此探针与已知性别奶牛白细胞DNA杂交，结果公牛白细胞DNA呈阳性杂交，而母牛则为阴性，表明此探针可以用作奶牛的性别鉴定．
In this paper, the polymerase chain reaction used as amplification ofbovine Y DNA specific fragment and made specific probe. The probe is hybidizedwith leucocytes DNA of known-sex cows, the results showed that the leucocytes DNAof male is positive, and female is negative. This indicated that the probe can beused for sex -determining of cow embryos.
