自噬研究进展

摘要 自噬在细胞生存和死亡中都发挥着重要作用,随着研究的深入,已经发现大量新的自噬基因,其中,有些自噬基因调控细胞由自噬性死亡向凋亡性死亡转变,这些基因的发现有助于对自噬和凋亡的交叉研究。自噬还参与胚胎发育、免疫系统疾病等的病理过程。回顾自噬的研究进展,为细胞死亡机制和疾病治疗研究提供线索。 Autophagy plays crucial role both in cell survival and cell death.Recently,new autophagic genes have been discovered,some of the genes can switch autophagic cell death to apoptotic cell death,suggesting the cross talk between autophagic cell death and apoptotic cell death.Autophagy is also involved in embryonic development,immune system diseases and so on.In this review,we mainly focus on the update of autophagic cell death,so as to provide clue for disease treatment.
