microRNA与免疫系统 被引量：3

摘要 microRNA是一种长约22nt的非编码性小RNA,通过与靶基因的3′非翻译区(3′-UTR)结合来调控靶基因的表达。microRNAs的功能涉及多种生物学过程,与细胞分化、器官形成、肿瘤发生等密切相关。近年来发现,microRNAs在免疫细胞的产生、发育以及免疫应答过程中有着重要的作用。本文主要对microRNAs在免疫系统中的发展及对免疫功能调控的最新研究进展作一综述。
