摘要
中国会计服务外包市场发展迅速,急缺高质量的会计服务外包人才,这使得高等职业院校会计人才的培养工作机遇与挑战并存。高职院校应顺应服务外包市场人才需求,改革会计专业教学体系,注重技能及素质培养,探索培养会计服务外包人才的新模式,推动中国服务外包产业的发展。
The accounting service outsourcing market in China develops rapidly, so it needs a lot of talents of high quality in accounting service outsourcing field. It offers the opportunities and challenges to vocational colleges. Vocational colleges should satisfy the needs of the service outsourcing market, reform the teaching system, pay attention to skills and quality training, and explore the new talents training mode of accounting with the aim of accelerating the development of service outsourcing market.
