摘要
以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为反应单体,采用反相乳液聚合法合成了高单体转化率的水溶性两性聚电解质。傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析表明,阴、阳离子单体与AM发生共聚反应生成了三元共聚物;透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析显示,乳胶粒呈规则球形且具有中空结构,粒径大小为150~350 nm;差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析表明,聚合物在80℃有明显的结晶熔融峰,Tg为58.3℃;等电点分析表明,聚合产物具有明显的两性特征。
Water-soluble polyampholyte with high monomer conversion was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization of dimethyldially ammonium chloride(DMDAAC),acrylamide(AM) and acrylic acid(AA).By using Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),it was shown that terpolymer of DMDAAC/AM/AA was obtained.The analysis results of transmission electron microscope(TEM) indicated that the latex particles of polyampholyte exhibited hollow spherical structure,and the particle size was about 150~350 nm.The curve of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) revealed that there existed a melting crystallization peak at 80℃,and the glass-transition temperature(Tg) was 58.3℃.The determination results of the isoelectric point showed that the polyampholyte had obvious amphoteric characteristic.
