摘要
论述了在高等工程教育中建立"工程图书馆"的必要性及国内外的现状;阐述了"工程图书馆"建设的指导思想、设计理念、构建思路和内容;阐明在实践教学体系中的具体应用;指出建设好开放的"工程图书馆"有助于大学生大工程意识的建立及工程能力的提高。
This paper discusses the necessity to set up ＂Engineering library＂in higher education and the present condition at home and abroad;it expounds the meaning,the guiding ideology of construction,designing principles,building ideas and contents;it sets forth the comprehensive detailed applications in practicing teaching system.Pointing out that setting up the＂Engineering library＂helps students to build the consciousness of great engineering and improve their engineering abilities.
