摘要
作为实践性教学环节的重要组成部分,实验室在提高教学质量,培养学生实践能力和创新思维方面起着举足轻重的作用。结合食品专业实验室的现状以及面向新世纪实验教学改革的要求,对加强食品专业实验室的建设与管理提出了合理化的建议。
As an important part of practical teaching,the laboratory plays a very important site in improving the quality of teaching and developing students practical ability and innovative studying.According to the present condition of food specialized laboratory and the requisition for the reform of experiment teaching in the new century,this article put forward some suggestions on the construction and management of food specialized laboratory.
