摘要
大连已经确定将在2020年建成东北亚国际航运中心,这意味着大连不仅将是整个中国东北最重要的出海口,也将成为东北亚地区最具竞争力的海港。因此,通过了解大连港的现状,发现大连港的薄弱环节,从而提出相对的解决方案,对于提高大连港的整体竞争力水平,使之成为国际第四代港口具有积极意义。
Dalian have been identified Northeast Asia International Shipping Center in 2020.It means not only the Dalian in northeast China will be the most important sea,but also become the most competitive port.Therefore,by understanding the status of Dalian port,find the weaknesses,relative to the solution proposed.It has positive to enhance the competitiveness of Dalian port.
