摘要
根据笔者在美国咨询公司学习与工作的体会，特别是十年来研究与应用的实践，概要介绍了咨询的目的和意义。结合我国的实际情况，简要介绍了４个咨询实例。
Based on the author's working experiences in an American consulting company, particularly the ten year's practices of research and application, the aims and importance of consultation are introduced briefly. In accordance with China's practical situation, four case stUdies of consultation are given in brief.
