摘要
目前,最大限度降低企业成本、增加利润是企业努力追求的目标,也对企业的发展至关重要。降低企业生产成本的方法和途径很多,角度不同采用的方法也不同。从现代工业工程的角度,分析了企业如何降低生产成本的方法,主要从精益生产、学习曲线等方面对此进行了分析。
At present, reducing the production cost and increasing the profit become the goal of enterprise, and it is important for the development of companies. As we know, there are many means and methods to achieve it, whatever, if you watch it in different angles, you will find different measures. The article analyze the means that how the companies reduce their production cost in angle of modem industrial engineer.
