摘要
自清洗网式过滤器是微灌系统首部处理高含沙水源的关键过滤设备,相比传统过滤器,它具有自动化程度高、水头损失小和过滤效果好等优点。本文在介绍水力旋喷自动吸附网式过滤器的工作原理及结构特点基础之上,重点对其结构进行了优化处理:增加过滤器内部过滤级数、改变并组合自清洗动力装置。通过对结构优化:实现各级过滤室的自清洗状态、改变自清洗动力装置的单一性,这对提高过滤器对灌溉水源的过滤效率,研制和开发新型自清洗过滤器样机提供多样性选择。
Self-cleaning screen filter is a silt filter device which is extensively applied to micro-irrigation system headquarters in order to handle the source of water which contains a lot of sand.Compared with the traditional filter,it has such advantages as high degree of robotization,low loss of water head and good effect of filtration.This passage introduces a screen filter which utilizes waterpower revolve nozzle to rinse automatically by combining its operation principles with structural characters,mainly to conduct structural optimization,increase the filtration progression of filter interiors and change self-cleaning driving device.Through structural optimization,self-cleaning predicament of each level filtration ventricle is realized;oneness of the self-cleaning driving device is changed,diverse choices for the efficiency elevation of filtrating the irrigation water source and the new type self-cleaning filtering templet's development and exploitation is provided.
