摘要
过滤装置的优化组合是提高过滤器过滤性能和适用范围的主要手段。为考察旋流网式过滤器的组合过滤性能,将旋流过滤器与网式过滤器串联连接展开试验,采用清水处理和0.14、0.19、0.24 g/L 3种不同含沙率浑水处理,对其进行过滤性能对比分析,结果表明:旋流网式过滤器组合后具有良好的适应性,当流量为100~180 m3/h时,局部水头损失曲线表现为明显的双拐点。当流量相同时,过滤性能受进水口含沙率影响显著,随着含沙率的增加,稳定运行时间缩减趋势加剧,含沙率0.24 g/L与含沙率0.19 g/L相比,稳定运行周期缩减约40%。可为过滤装置优化组合及大型过滤站水头损失和过滤性能变化规律相关研究提供一定的技术支持。
The combination of filters becomes a main research trend to improve the filter's performance and applicable scope. In order to investigate the performance of the combined filter, the experimental device combines the spiral flow filter and the swirl filter in tandem connection. The design of test selects the 0.14, 0.19 and 0.24 g/L three groups and ratio. They are used to contrast with clean water. Tests show that the swirl-and-screen type combined filter has good adaptability when the flow is in the range of 100- 180 m3/h, local head loss curved of double inflection point. Under the condition of constant flow, filter performance is decided by the rate of sediment significantly. With the increase in the rate of sand ratio, stable running time reduced intensify. Compared with the 0.24 and 0.19 g/L sand ratio, the stable operation cycle shortened about 40%.In order to provide theoretical support for combined filtering device, large filter station's head loss factor and the filter performance of the system changes.
