摘要
目的:探讨白三烯B4(LTB4)、白介素-5(IL-5)在变应性鼻炎(AR)病情发展中的作用。方法:通过检测不同病情AR患者外周血LTB4、IL-5含量情况。结果:AR重度组外周血LTB4、IL-5含量高于AR中度组(均P<0.05);AR中度组外周血LTB4、IL-5含量高于AR轻度组(均P<0.05);AR轻度组外周血LTB4、IL-5含量高于对照组。结论:AR患者体内高浓度的LTB4、IL-5对病情起了加剧、促进作用,LTB4与IL-5间可能存在某种正反馈机制。临床可通过检测AR患者外周血LTB4、IL-5的含量,作为评价AR病情严重程度与治疗效果的指标。
Objective To investigate the effect of leukotriene B4 （LTB4） and interleukin-5 （IL-5） in the development of allergic rhinitis （AR） .Methods Serum LTB4 and IL-5 levels were determined with ELISA in 150 patients with AR of different degrees of severity （mild,n = 46,moderate,n = 59,severe,n = 45） .Results LTB4 and IL-5 levels in peripheral blood of patients of severe AR group were higher than those in patients of moderate AR group （both P 〈0.05） ,LTB4 and IL-5 levels in peripheral blood of moderate AR group were again significantly higher than those of patients of mild AR group （P 〈0.05） .Finally,LTB4 and IL-5 levels in peripheral blood of mild AR group were significantly higher those of controls.Conclusion High concentration-LTB4 and IL-5 in patients with AR aggravate and promote disease conditions.A positive feedback mechanism may be present in the case of LTB4 with IL-5,LTB4 and IL-5 levels in peripheral blood of AR patients can be used as indicators for evaluating AR severity and treatment outcome.
