摘要 设计了一种型孔深度可变的排种器,分析了影响排种器单粒率的主要因素。通过采用的固定凸轮活销机构实现型孔轮的型孔深度可变,根据种子在充填分离、清种定量和排种过程中的要求,改变型孔深度,提高了排种器对不同形状和尺寸种子的适应性。由外槽轮根据排种器的排种量,定量向充种区补充种子,保证了排种器在充种区域内始终保持最佳种子量,减少了种子在充填分离过程中因相互作用、干扰产生空穴。同时,在清种定量的过程中,刷轮需清除的种子量较少,便于清种,提高了排种器单粒率,适用于大豆和玉米等大粒种子的精密播种。 A seed metering device of variable hole depth is designed.The major factors influencing single rate of the seed metering device are analyzed.Through the use of fixed cam and movable dowel the hole depth is changed according to the requirements in the process of seed filling and separation,seed clearing away,ration and seeding,So the adaptability of metering device for different shapes and size seed is improved.The outside groove wheel add to the filling seeds according to the amount of the metering device seed to ensure the seed metering device in the seed-filling area keeping optimum amount of seed.So dropped the cavity in seed filling and separation process due to the interaction and interference of seed.In the meantime,the amount of the seeds required to remove by brush wheel is smaller and easy to clear in the process of seed clearing away and ration.The rate single of the seed metering device is increased.The seed metering device suit for planting soybean,corn and other large seeds.
