摘要
主要针对草石蚕人工收获方式严重制约机械化生产和农民增收的困难,通过对薯类收获机械的研究和讨论,在对比机械结构和工作特点的基础上研究确定了草石蚕联合收获机的设计方案。通过专家多次对设计方案论证,草石蚕联合收获机应具有破土、收获、输送、筛选、收集等功能。其采用多种机构实现所需装置的运动规律,这将会大幅提高草石蚕的收获效率。
Aiming at the serious restriction of mechanized production and difficult income increase of farmer caused by the artificial planting and harvesting of Chinese artichoke, the design of artichoke combine harvest machine was confirmed by the research and discussion of the potato harvest machine as well as comparing its structure and working characteristics. The artichoke combined harvest machine should have the function of breaking soil, harvesting, transportation,screening, collecting etc., many kinds of mechanism were used to achieve the motion law of the device. This will greatly improve the efficiency of harvesting.
