摘要 针对我国南方蔗田内甘蔗倒伏严重的问题,用经典动力学的观点,建立了甘蔗两段式螺旋扶起机构虚拟模型。利用该模型和甘蔗作用系统进行力学分析,结合田间试验验证,获得扶起机构对甘蔗的作用以及影响规律。结果表明:当倒伏角小于15°,扶蔗点距离越小,甘蔗根部约束越大,提升力Fz和轴向力Fx越大。该结果为甘蔗扶起机构的改进提供了理论依据。 Based on lodging circs of sugarcanes in south China a model of picking and transporting spiral simulation sugarcane-lifting was established.This model applied classical dynamics methods.The interacting system between sugarcane-lifting mechanism and sugarcane were analyzed.The process and regularity on sugarcane were worked out by the tests in the fields.The results showed that more little the distance of upraise sugarcane and more big the constraining force of root,and more big the lifting and axial forces.At that time lodging angle of sugarcane was less than.This paper provided the theoretical basis for improving design of a sugarcane-lifting mechanism.
