摘要
通过单圆盘切割器运动方程,结合甘蔗收割要求,建立单圆盘切割器不漏割以及刀盘与甘蔗不接触的一般条件式,并对不漏割最大速比与切割器结构参数和运动参数,不接触最大速比与甘蔗相对刀盘位置和甘蔗几何参数之间的关系进行分析,为甘蔗收割机切割器结构参数和运动参数设计提供依据。
In order to avoid miss-cutting of sugarcane stalk, a model for calculating the maximum velocity ratio k1(ratio of machine forward speed to rotating speed of disc cutter) was developed. In order to prevent contact between the disc cutter and incompletely cut stalks, another model for calculating the maximum velocity ratio k2 was developed. Theoretical analysis showed that k1 has relations with the configuration parameters of the disc cutter but no relations with the kinematic parameters of the cutter. The ratio k1 decreases with the increase of tilt angle of the cutter and increases with the increase of the cutter edge tilt angle. It seems to have a linear relationship with the cutter radius. The ratio k2 has some relations with geometrical parameters of the sugarcane stalk besides the configuration parameters of the cutter. Velocity ratio k2 increases with the increase of tilt angle of sugarcane stalk and decreases rapidly when the tilt angle is greater than 40 degree. It decreases with the increase of stalk diameter. The distance between the sugarcane stalk and the disc cutter central line has some effect on velocity ratio k2. The ratio k2 reaches a minimum value when the stalk is located on the central line of the disc cutter.
