摘要
目的探讨鸦胆子油乳注射液联合DX方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法 78例晚期胃癌患者采用住院号单双数随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(38例),治疗组采用鸦胆子油乳注射液联合DX方案化疗,对照组单用DX方案化疗,21天为1个周期,均化疗2个周期评价疗效及化疗后的毒副反应。结果治疗组近期有效率(CR+PR)为65%,对照组为39.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.09,P<0.05);两组化疗后毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制和腹泻,治疗组骨髓抑制发生率为37.5%,对照组为73.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.14,P<0.05),治疗组腹泻的发生率也明显低于对照组(χ2=9.58,P<0.05);治疗组生活质量(KPS)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鸦胆子油乳注射液联合DX方案治疗晚期胃癌有一定作用,可明显提高患者的近期有效率和生活质量,保护免疫功能,减轻化疗的毒副反应。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of DX chemotherapy and Bruceolic Oil Emulsion for advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 78 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into two groups randomly.The 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with DX chemotherapy and Bruceolic Oil Emulsion while the 38 patients in control group were treated with DX chemotherapy only.The chemotherapy last for 2 cycles with 3 weeks as a cycle.Results The effective rates in treatment group and control group were 65% and 39.5% respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The major side effects of the two groups were bone marrow depression and diarrhea.Incidence of bone marrow suppression in treatment group was 37.5% while that in control group was 73.7%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Incidence of diarrhea in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion It is an effective way to treat advanced gastric cancer with DX chemotherapy and Bruceolic Oil Emulsion,which benefits the patients by improving their life quality,protecting immune functions and reducing side effects after chemotherapy.
