摘要
分别采用沉积-沉淀法(DP)和等体积浸渍法(IM)制备了二甲醚水蒸气重整制氢催化剂Cu-Ni/γ-Al2O3,考察了制备方法对催化剂性能的影响,并运用N2吸附-脱附(BET)、NH3程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)、H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对催化剂进行了表征与分析。结果表明,与浸渍法相比,沉积-沉淀法制备的Cu-Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂具有更强的表面酸性和更优的金属铜组分的分散性,因而具有更好的活性和稳定性,是制备该催化剂的较好方法。
Cu-Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalysts for dimethyl ether steam reforming(DME SR) were prepared by the deposition precipitation method(DP) and incipient wet impregnation method(IM),respectively.Effects of the preparation methods on the catalytic performances were investigated by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET),NH3 temperature-programmed desorption(NH3-TPD),H2 temperatureprogrammed reduction(H2-TPR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that the DP method was superior to the IM method for the catalyst prepared by DP method had stronger surface acidity and the better copper dispersion.The catalysts prepared by the DP method had better activity and stability.
