摘要
目的:探讨社会支持与系统性红斑狼疮病人依从性的相关关系,建立提高系统性红斑狼疮病人治疗依从性的护理干预措施。方法:选择2008年6月～2009年10月在我科门诊和住院的系统性红斑狼疮100例病人作为研究对象,采用Morisky问卷表和社会支持评定量表,对其治疗依从性现状、社会支持情况进行调查研究。结果:系统性红斑狼疮病人服药依从性与社会支持的3个维度及社会支持总分呈正相关;门诊随访与社会支持的3个维度及社会支持总分呈正相关。结论:护理人员要协助系统性红斑狼疮病人争取家庭、社会的支持,提高病人的治疗依从性效果。
Objective：To explore the relationship between social support and compliance of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）patients.In order to establish nursing interventions to enhance treatment compliance in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods ：100 cases with systemic lupus erythematosus patients from June 2008 to October 2009 in our dermatology out-patient and hospitalization.were researched by Using Morisky questionnaire,and Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）on treatment compliance and social support for SLE patients.Results：SLE patients in medication adherence and social support of the three dimensions and social support total score was positively correlated.Out-patient follow-up with the three dimensions of social support and social support total score was positively correlated.Conclusion：In order to improve the effect of treatment compliance of patients,nurses should help patients with systemic lupus erythematosus fight for the family,community.
