摘要
目的了解老年抑郁的现状,分析老年抑郁的特征,探讨抑郁对老年生活质量的影响。方法采用《个人基本情况调查表》、《老年抑郁量表(GDS)》和《世界卫生组织生活质量测定简表(WHOQOF-BREF)》对180名老年人进行测查。结果老年人抑郁程度较轻,离异比配偶建在的个体、独居比其他居住形式的个体、健康状况一般比健康状况好的个体,抑郁评分更高,且存在显著差异;老年人对生活质量的主观评价高于客观评价,社会领域评价最高,环境领域评价最低;抑郁与自身健康状况的总体主观感受和生理领域、社会领域、环境领域呈显著负相关。结论老年人抑郁的程度较轻,健康状况一般、离异、独居的个体易患抑郁;老年人生活质量处于中等水平,如果抑郁程度加重,老年人对生活质量的评价随之降低;抑郁对老年自身健康状况的总体主观感受、社会领域、环境领域有负向预测作用。
Objective To investigate the status of elderly depression,analyze the characteristics of elderly depression,explore its impact on the quality of life.Methods 180 elderly people were assessed with ＂Personal Information Questionnaire＂,＂GSD＂ and ＂ The World Health Organization Quality of Life（WHOQOL）-BREF＂.Results Elderly depressed to a lesser extent,divorced has higher depression score than spouses built,live alone has higher depression score than other forms of individual,health in general has higher depression score than health better of individuals,and there was a significant difference.The subjective evaluation of older persons is higher than the objective evaluation to quality of life.Evaluation of the social field is the highest,the environment assessment is the lowest.Elderly depression,and Q2、the physiological 、the social 、the environment were significantly negatively correlated.Conclusion The elderly depression is a lesser extent,the general state of health,divorced,living alone,individuals prone to depression.The quality of life of older persons are in the mid level,along with the severity of depression in the elderly evaluation of the quality of life decreases.Depression is the most significantly negative predictor to Q2、the Physiological 、the social and the environment.
