通过对焊管机组液压设备安装、调试、试运行的步骤以及日常维修中需要注意问题的介绍,强调了液压设备对整条焊管生产线的意义以及液压设备安装中保持油液清洁的重要性。通过设备安装时清洗、检测,设备试运行时制定维护保养标准和对设备进行日常和定期的维护保养等措施,使操作人员能够准确掌握设备状态,实现了液压设备的稳定运转,降低了设备的故障率,延长了设备使用寿命,降低了维修成本,提高了经济效益。
This article introduced welded pipe unit hydraulic equipment from several aspects,such as installation,debugging,commissioning process and problems which should be pay more attention in daily maintenance,emphasized significance of hydraulic equipment for the whole production line and importance of keeping oil fluid clean during installation.Through cleaning and inspecting equipment during installation,establishing maintenance standard during debugging,as well as daily and periodical maintenance measures,this will make operators accurately grasp equipment status,realize equipment stable running,reduce equipment failure rate,prolong equipment service life,reduce maintenance cost and increase economic efficiency.
