摘要
形状复杂的铸件热节多,相互之间又有较大的影响,其凝固过程不易准确掌握,这就为铸造工艺设计带来困难。本文以23L柴油机缸盖零件为例,利用凝固过程数值模拟技术对铸件的凝固过程,进行了研究,结果表明,这一技术可以观察到铸件中各个热节及整个铸件凝固过程能够解释生产中质量问题的原因。凝固过程数值模拟技术可使铸件的工艺设计更准确,更科学。
The solidification process of complex- shape casting is too complex to analyse with experiment or experienced method. This causes it very difficult to design the casting process correctly. In this paper, the numerical simulation technology has been used to solve the problem. Taking cylinder head of 23L disel as an example, the result shows that the solidification process of complex- shape casting can be predicated correctly by the new technology. It can help us to do casting process design more scientifically.
