摘要
针对钢板预弯机的拉力杆断裂事故和机架立板撕裂事故,校核了拉力杆的强度、预紧力及载荷分布,分析了机架立板的受力状态,总结出各拉力杆及机架立板受交变载荷且分布不均的事故原因,提出了延长拉力杆并提高预紧力的改进措施。该措施不仅能有效保证各拉力杆受静载且分布均匀,还极大地改善了机架的受力状态。改进后的钢板预弯机运行至今已有一年时间,设备状态良好。
Aiming at accidents of tensile force bar breaking and frame vertical slab avulsion of steel plate pre-bending machine,it checked the strength,pre-tightening force and load distribution of tensile force bar,analyzed stress state of frame vertical slab,summarized accidents reason caused by nonuniform alternating load distribution in tensile force bar and frame,proposed improved measures for extending tensile force bar and advancing pre-tightening force.This method not only efficiently ensure load on each tensile force bar invariable and uniform distribution,but also greatly improved frame stress state.The improved steel plate pre-bending machine has run about 1 year,being in good state.
