摘要
本文采用共沉淀沉积法及化学还原法制备了一系列的非晶态铜基催化剂,在常规固定床高压流动反应装置上对其CO2加氢合成二甲醚催化性能进行了研究。结果表明:添加ZrO2提高CO2转化率;经NH3-TPD表征可知,氧化锆能增强催化剂表面酸性。另外,催化剂中HZSM-5分子筛含量增大,能显著提高二甲醚的选择性。XRD分析表明,催化剂中各个组分分散均匀。
In this paper,co-precipitation deposition and chemical reduction were used to prepared a series of amorphous copper-based catalysts and the properties of Cu-ZrO2-ZnO-Al2O3/HZSM-5 catalyst for CO2 hydrogenation to dimethyl ethe(rDME)was investigated by means of fixed bed flow reactor at high pressure,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and NH3 temperature-programmed desorption(NH3-TPD).The results indicated that the addition of a small amount of ZrO(21(w)t%)to Cu-ZnO-Al2O3/HZSM-5 catalyst could greatly improve the CO2 conversion.The amount of acid of catalyst surface was increased with addition ZrO2 by NH3-TPD measure.The DME selectivity was increased with the increasing of HZSM-5 content in catalyst.
