摘要
医疗保险费用控制和医疗服务提供的直接责任方是医疗机构。因此,管好医疗费用支付这个总闸门,没有医疗机构的积极参与是万万不行的。调动医疗机构的积极性,关键是要将方法层面的支付方式转化为具有激励约束作用的付费机制。
The author thinks that the medical institutions have the direct responsibility for controlling the medical cost and providing the medical service, so the management of medical cost payment needs the medical institution＇s active participation. Based on that, the article suggests that transforming from simple payment method to the comprehensive payment mechanism is the key point of mobilizing the working positivity of medical institutions.
