重金属Pb、Cu联合攻毒对泥鳅卵细胞发育胁迫的显微观察 被引量:2

Micro-Observation of Coercion to Development of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus Ovum by Joint Attack of Heavy Metals Pb and Cu

摘要 采用静水生物测试手段,试验了Pb、Cu不同质量浓度(0.00、0.10、0.25、0.50、1.00mg.L-1)及不同时间(10、20、30 d)对泥鳅卵细胞发育的胁迫。显微观察结果显示,在重金属染毒10、20、30 d后,泥鳅卵细胞胞质外渗、萎缩、干瘪,高质量浓度组卵细胞受损尤为明显。泥鳅卵细胞对不同质量浓度处理组重金属均表现出时间-剂量效应。在各质量浓度处理组中,随着染毒时间的延续,泥鳅卵巢及卵细胞均出现功能丧失和生物学死亡的现象。 With mixed solutions of lead(Pb)and copper(Cu),the coercion to the development of loaches ovum which exposed in different concentration(0.00,0.10,0.25,0.50 and 1.00 mg·L-1 respectively)and time period(10,20 and 30 d)was studied.The results of microscopy showed that the ova cytoplasm were exuded and the ova shriveled up after exposed respectively within 10,20 and 30 d,in which the ova were damaged more obviously in higher content.The time-dose responses were observed in each group added with different content of heavy metals.Meanwhile,the loss of function and biological death occurred to the ovaries and ova with the course of exposure lasted.
