摘要
本文通过分析鲫鱼血清生化成分含量的变化,研究Cu对鲫鱼的致毒效应。试验结果表明,(1)血清Na+、Cl-含量随Cu浓度的升高而增加,在水中Cu浓度为3.91μmol/L时达到最大值,而血清K+不受Cu影响。(2)血清胆固醇、球蛋白含量和GOT,ALP酶活性均在Cu浓度为0.78μmol/L时达到最高值,若再增加Cu浓度,血清胆固醇、球蛋白含量有所下降,但仍高于对照组,而GOT、ALP酶活性却下降到对照组以下水平。(3)Cu对鲫鱼血清生化成分产生影响的浓度阈值为0.16μmol/L。笔者认为Cu引起血清Na+含量的升高,可能会导致机体神经肌肉处于不正常的应激状态,对机体不利;Cu对胆固醇、球蛋白等的影响,是由于刺激肝脏合成代谢和免疫系统等因素造成的。本文还就Cu与血清各种球蛋白的关系进行了讨论认为弄清重金属与血清蛋白电泳图谱的对应关系,有利于环境污染诊断学的建立。
The effect of copper on crucian carp was studied by analysing the change of content of biochemical components in the serum of crucian carp. The study results demonstrate that: (1) The contents of Na+ and Cl+ in the serum of crucian carp increase with the enhancing concentration of copper. The contents of Na+and Cl+ in the serum are maxima when the concentration of copper is 3.9μmol/Lin water. The content of K+ in the serum has no re1ation with the concentration of copper in water. (2) The cholesterol, globulin, glutamic-oxa1oacetic transaminase (GOT) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) are related with the concentration of coppeP in water, and they are maxima when the concentration of copper is 0.78μmol/L, when the concentration of copper is more than 0.78 μmol/L, the contents of cholestrerol and globulin decrese but are still higher than the control group, the activities of GOT and ALP decrease to a level lower than the control group. (3) The threshold of effect of copper on the biochemical components in the serum of crucian carp is 0.16μmol/L. We also discuss the relationship between copper and various kinds of globulins in the serum in this paper.
