摘要
比较了琼脂斜面法、穿刺石蜡法和甘油冷冻法保存灿烂弧菌(Vibrio splendidus)和创伤弧菌(Vibrio vulnifi-cus)的效果。结果表明,甘油冷冻法和穿刺石蜡法的保存期显著比琼脂斜面法长,保存12月后,各保存方法细菌的毒力都有不同程度的下降,甘油冷冻法显著好于其它2种保存方法。
Three preservation methods (serially passage on bevel method, puncture-paraffin method, glycerol crypreservation method) for same strain of Vibrio splendidus and Vibrio vulnificus were compared in this paper. The result showed that the preserved stage of glycerol cry-preservation method and puncture-paraffin method was longer than anther method; the virulence of Listonella anguillarum preserving twelve months decreased in different degree for three preservation methods, glycerol cry-preservation method was better than the others.
