光合细菌M-01的分离及培养条件研究

摘要 从湛江市霞山区海滩表层污泥中富集分离出红假单胞菌属光合细菌 M-01,对其培养条件进行了初步探讨,结果表明:菌株生长温度为30℃时,最适培养光照度为3000 lx。培养基正交试验结果表明其最优培养基配方为:氯化铵2g,磷酸氢二钾0.2g,乙酸钠4g,碳酸氢钠2g,氯化钠1g,酵母膏0.15g,硫酸镁0.2g,T.M 储液少量,蒸馏水1000mL;其中乙酸钠为最大影响因子。 The photosynthetic bacterium M-01 was isolated from the sludge surface of the beach in Xiashan district of Zhanjiang City and identified as belonging to Rhodopseudo- monas.The optimal culture light was 3 000 lx when the growth temperature was 30℃. An orthogonal experiment showed that the optimal medium ingredients were NH_4 Cl 2 g, KH_2PO_40.2 g,sodium acetic 4 g,NaHCO_3 2 g,yeast paste 0.15 g,NaCl 1 g,MgSO_4 0.2 g,some trace elements(B,Mn,Fe,Mo,Zn),stilled water 1 000 mL.And sodium acetic was the most influencing factor among the ingredients.
