摘要
目的:研究4种不同中医治法对异丙肾上腺素致大鼠心肌肥大的影响。方法:以异丙肾上腺素连续3 d以20,10,5 mg.kg-1递减sc,3 mg.kg-1维持7 d制备大鼠心肌肥大模型,造模成功后分别给予金匮肾气丸、补阳还五汤、生脉饮及真武汤10周干预,观察大鼠血流动力学指标、心输出量、心脏质量指数、左心室质量指数以及血清心房利钠肽(ANP)、脑钠肽(BNP)含量的变化。结果:金匮肾气丸、补阳还五汤能够有效提高左室收缩峰压(LVSP)、左室内压最大收缩率(+dp/dtmax)及心输出量(P<0.05),降低心脏指数、左心室指数及ANP,BNP水平(P<0.05)。生脉饮和真武汤对于心输出量、心肌舒缩功能、心脏指数、左心室指数及血清ANP,BNP含量均无明显作用。结论:益气活血法和温补肾阳法可以显著改善大鼠心肌收缩功能,增加心输出量,抑制心肌肥大,降低神经体液因子水平。
Objective： To observe the effect of four different treatments of traditional Chinese medicine on the rat model of myocardial hypertrophy induced by isoproterenol（ISO）.Method： The rats were injected subcutaneously by 20,10,5 mg·kg-1 ISO degressively and then 3 mg.kg-1 ISO as maintenance dose for 7 days to build the rat model of myocardial hypertrophy,Jinkui Shenqi Wan（JGSQ）,Buyang Huanwu Tang（BW）,Shengmai Yin（SMY） and Zhenwu Tang（ZWT） were given to the rats for 10 weeks as interventions and after that,the hemodynamics,cardiac output,heart mass index（HMI）,left ventricular mass index（LVMI） and serum level of ANP,BNP were observed.Result： Comparing with the model group,JGSQ and BW groups increased the hemodynamics LVSP,＋ dp /dtmax greatly and made a significant promotion to cardiac output（P 〈 0.05）.At the mean time,HMI and LVMI decreased in these two groups as well as ANP and BNP（P 〈 0.05）.ZWT and SMY group had no significant difference in decreasing the levels of ANP and BNP as well as the levels of HMI and LVMI.It showed decreased cardiac output and myocardial systolic function after treatment with ZWT and SMY（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： We can improve the hemodynamic status of the rats to increase their cardiac output,inhibit the myocardial hypertrophy and reduce the level of neurohumoral factor by using the TCM therapeusis of warming kidney yang and benefiting qi,activating blood.
