摘要
目的:分析64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的CT表现,探讨CT冠状动脉成像对冠心病的临床应用价值。方法:对90例64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像结果进行分析,评价64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的应用价值。结果:90例CT冠状动脉成像中,56例冠状动脉呈粥样硬化,26例钙化性斑块血管管腔轻度狭窄,34例存在不同程度的冠状动脉狭窄,右冠状动脉病变20例,左前降支病变25例,左回旋支病变14例,支架术后21例。结论:64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在冠心病筛查及冠状动脉支架术后的随访有着重要作用。
Objective： To analyze the exhibition of coronary artery imaging on 64-slice spiral computed tomography （CT） and discussed its value on clinical diagnosis of coroncny hecoat dcsease.Methods： 90 cases information of coronary artery imaging on 64-slice spiral CT was analyzed and its clinical value was evaluated.Results： Forthe coronary artery imaging of 64-sliice CT scan in 90 cases,there were atherosclerotic in 56 cases,calcify plaque as well as mild coronary lumen stenosis in 26 cases,differentiated coronary lumen stenosis in 34 cases,right coronary artery pathological changes 20 cases,left anterior descend pathological changes 25 cases,left circumflex artery pathological changes 14 cases and coronary stents 21 cases.Conclusions： The coronary artery imaging of 64-slice spiral CT plays an important role in clinical diasnosic coronary heart disease and its following-up.
