摘要
从理论上阐述了浮头式换热器内浮头螺栓在湿H2S环境下材质的选用原则,分析了万州分厂设备在试压过程中出现泄漏的原因,并和引进分厂的设备(在使用过程中因改变了设计件而满足了生产要求)进行了比较。
This paper describes selection principles of internal floating head bolts in floating head heat exchanger under the wet H_2S condition,analyses the reason of leakage in the stress test process of equipments in Wanzhou branch plant and compares with equipments which are using in importing branch plant,which is changed design conditions for meeting production requirements.
