摘要
目的观察复方甘草酸苷片联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法对照组予以口服盐酸左西替利嗪片5mg,1次/天,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上同时予以口服复方甘草酸苷片75 mg(18岁以下者50 mg),3次/天;两组患者连服4周为1个疗程。结果治疗组与对照组的疗效差别有统计学意义,治疗组疗效优于对照组(x2=5.68,p<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷片联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹,疗效肯定,方法简单,可有效降低复发率。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of compound glycyrrhizin tablets and levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets in teatment of chronic urticaria.Methods The control group takes orally levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets 5mg,1 /d.Then the treatment group take orally compound glycyrrhizin tablets 75 mg,3/d（50 mg,3 /d below 18 years old）;A course of treatment continued for four weeks.Results There was significant difference in curative effect between the treatment group and control group.It is more effective for the treatment group than for the control group（x2=5.68,p0.05）.Conclusions The curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin tablets with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets on chronic urticaria is surely good.The method is simple,and it can reduce the recurrence rate effectively.
