Membrane oxygen-enriched combustion technology for waste water incinerator of acrylonitrile devices

摘要 膜法富氧局部增氧助燃技术用于丙烯腈装置的废水焚烧炉,是该技术在丙烯腈行业废水焚烧炉上的首次应用.根据该炉的现有条件,设计了一套用于废水焚烧炉的膜法富氧助燃系统的负压操作工艺,实施后净节能率达18.3%,同时减少烟气及有害物的排放量,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益. A technology of membrane oxygen enrichment and local increasing-oxygen supporting-combustion was used for waste water incinerator for acrylonitrile plant.This was first used for waste water incinerator in acrylonitrile plant in China.The membrane oxygen-enriched combustion systems for waste water incinerator was designed according to the incinerator present conditions.It can not only reduce net fuel consumption by 18.3%,but also reduce flue gas and discharge amount of the harmful matter,and social and economical benefits are both notable.
