添加剂对γ-Al_2O_3陶瓷膜微孔结构的影响 被引量:2

EFFECTS OF ADDITIVES ON PORE-STRUCTURE OF γ-Al_2O_3 CERAMIC MEMBRANE

摘要 以化学纯异丙醇铝为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了γAl2O3陶瓷膜。研究了曲拉通(C34H62O11)、N,N二甲基甲酰胺、硝酸镧等添加剂对γAl2O3陶瓷膜的微孔结构的影响,利用比表面积分析对陶瓷膜的性能进行了表征。结果表明:在γAl2O3陶瓷膜制备过程中,添加有机添加剂后,所制备的陶瓷膜的孔径、比表面积均变大。陶瓷膜经过高温热处理后,孔径急剧增大。在陶瓷膜的制备过程中引入硝酸镧,可以有效地抑制孔径的增大。化学添加剂可以起到改变陶瓷膜孔形状的作用。 γ-Al2O3 ceramic membranes were prepared by a sol-gel method using Al(OPri)3 as starting materials. Effects of some additives, such as octylphenol-polyethylene glycol ether (Triton, C34H62O11), N, N-dimethylformamide [DMF, (CH3)2NCOH], La(NO3)3, on the pore-structure of γ-Al2O3 ceramic membrane were studied, and properties of the ceramic membranes were characterized by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller method (BET). The results show that the pore diameter and surface area of ceramic membrane are increased when some organic additives are introduced during the preparing process. The pore diameters of ceramic membrane increase sharply after heat treatment at high temperatures, whereas, this trend is restrained effectively through introducing La(NO3)3. Additionally, the additives have the function of changing the pore shapes of the ceramic membrane.
