摘要
探讨了11.8 tex 70/30竹浆纤维/精梳棉喷气纱的生产工艺。针对竹浆纤维特性,对竹浆纤维进行预处理。介绍了喷气纺纱工艺流程及各工序工艺配置情况,对比了同特数70/30竹浆纤维/精梳棉喷气纱和环锭纱的质量,喷气纱硬挺度好,透气性强,用其面料生产的衬衫和夏季服装有很好的服用性能。
Production process of 11.8tex 70/30 bamboo pulp fiber^combed cotton blended air jet spun yarn is discussed. Pretreatment of bamboo pulp fiber is done based on the fiber properties. The processing flow and arrangement of each process of air - jet spinning are given with the comparison against same ring spun yarn compared. The air jet yarn has better stiffness, good air permeability and better performance for the fabrics for making skirts or summer wears.
