摘要
介绍了竹浆纤维的特性,通过14.8 tex纯纺竹浆纤维喷气纱的纺纱实践,探讨了在纺竹浆纤维过程中的工艺配置与技术措施。纯纺竹浆纤维喷气纱成纱强度为环锭纱的87.16%,但条干和其他指标优于环锭纱。
Properties of bamboo pulp fiber are introduced, and spinning process arrangement and technology measures are discussed through spinning practice of 14.8tex bamboo pulp fiber air -jet yam. The formed yam strength reaches 87.16% of ring spun yam with the yam regularity and other indexes better than ring spun yam.
