摘要
医疗资源优化配置是解决当前公共卫生管理研究的重点和难点。在分析当前医疗资源配置存在问题的基础上,提出利用区域协同医疗机制实现资源优化配置,相应建立了区域协同医疗系统模型并确定了其关键序参量;通过对区域协同医疗系统的受力分析,基于区域协同医疗系统模型的自组织运动方程分析了资源优化配置模式,给出了资源科学配置建议和对策,为解决医疗资源配置矛盾提供了理论参考。
Medical resources（MR）optimization deployment is a focused topic for public health management.Based on analysis of current problems,a model of regional cooperative healthcare system was built to solve the MR optimization deployment.And MR was defined as the key order parameter for this model.There is the detailed analysis of MR deployment model based on dynamical mechanism and self-organize movement equation.The countermeasure and suggestions were given at last.This regional cooperative healthcare system model and synergetic mechanism are useful to improve the development of modern medical information.
