高效毛细管电泳在分离植物蛋白质中的应用 被引量:3

The application of capillary electrophoresis in the analysis of plant protein

摘要 蛋白质的分离技术在蛋白质研究中起到了举足轻重的作用。毛细管电泳作为一项较新的分离技术,以其高通量、高灵敏度、快捷低耗的优势弥补了传统双向凝胶电泳的不足。本文分别从毛细管电泳技术的不同分离方式出发,对其在植物蛋白质分离中的研究进展进行了综述,重点分析了毛细管区带电泳和涂层毛细管电泳对植物蛋白质进行分离的优缺点。 Protein separation technology plays a pivotal role in the study of protein. Capillary electrophoresis separation, as a relatively new technology for its high throughput, high sensitivity, fast and low consumption advantages, makes up for the deficiencies of traditional two -dimensional gel electrophoresis. In this paper, several different capillary eleetrophoresis separation means in the analysis of protein in plant studies were reviewed, emphasis on the advantages and disadvantages of capillary zone eleetrophoresis and coated capillary eleetrophoresis.
