摘要
矿井建设是现场性强的专业,岗位工作能力培养必须以施工现场为主.基于"预就业"工作制度,对校企在理论教学和顶岗实践等环节的联合人才培养模式进行了探索与实践,并针对存在的问题提出了相关对策.
Mine construction is the site-oriented speciality,and the cultivation of post working abilities must put stress on the construction site.Based on the working system of pre-employment,this paper carries out the practical exploration on the school-enterprise personnel training mode in theory teaching and post practice,and presents relevant countermeasures toward the existing problems.
