摘要
本文通过对独立学院行政管理的部门和人员构成、办学特色和优势、后勤服务保障和管理体系、教师队伍建设、绩效考核体系等方面的实证研究,对独立学院人力资源管理基本特征的深入阐述,对国内5所独立学院人力资源管理模式的相同点与差异性的比较分析,得出了构建独立学院战略性人力资源管理模式可资借鉴的启示性结论。
Through empirical research on administrative departments and staff structure of the independent colleges,schooling supe-riority and features,logistics support and management system,teachers quality promotion,performance appraisal system,the paper ex-pounds basic characteristics of human resource management in the independent colleges and compares similarities and differences of hu-man resource management between five independent colleges in China,which reach the revelatory conclusion of constructing strategic hu-man resource management mode in the independent colleges.
