摘要
目的探讨臀中皮神经痛的诊断与治疗方法。方法收集门诊下腰部疼痛的患者,分析病因及体征,疑为臀中皮神经痛158例,经用强的松龙30 mg加2%利多卡因10 mL加5 mL生理盐水封闭治疗。结果 126例封闭后1周内痊愈,28例经2~3次封闭,间隔1周痊愈,4例失访。结论臀中皮神经痛首选糖皮质激素局部封闭,效果满意,值得推广。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment for middle cluneal neuralgia.Methods Totally 158 cases of suspected middle cluneal neuralgia with lower waist pain were collected and analyzed.All were treated with local injection of prednisolone（30mg） plus 2% lidocaine（10mL） and normal saline（5mL） to the upper three posterior sacral foramina where the nerves is passing through.ResultsAfter the injection,126 cases recovered within one week,28 cases recovered after two or three injections at an interval of one week and four cases lost follow up.Conclusion Local injection of glucocorticoid can generate satisfactory results and is worth promoting.
