摘要
目的观察-6°头低位卧床前后人体胃电及胃肠激素的变化。方法测试7名受试者卧床前和卧床第7,16,30天的胃电、胃肠激素,并对数据进行分析处理。结果与卧床前比,卧床第7,16天胃电节律百分比明显下降(P<0.05),3个测试日胃电总主功率均明显下降(P<0.05);卧床后胃肠激素指标无明显改变。结论 -6°卧床可引起胃肠道功能明显下降,提示模拟失重可能影响人体胃肠道功能。
Objective To investigate the changes of Electrogastrography (EGG) and gastrointestinal hormone al- ter -6°head-down bed tilt rest(HDBR) with different duration. Methods Seven young male subjects underwent the experiment. Their EGGs were recorded and gastrointestinal hormones were tested before HDBR, as well as on the 7th, 16th and 30th day of the experiment. The results were ananalyzed. Results The percentage of nor- mal rhythm and total power of dominant frequency in EGG decreased significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ) compared with that before HDBR. Gastrointestinal hormone did could affect the gastrointestinal function of human not change remarkably. Conclusion It reveals that HDBR body.
