摘要
目的为观察军事医学科学院研制的抗运动病(Motionsickness,MS)新药盐酸苯环壬酯(Phencynonatehydrochloride,PCH)的疗效。方法选科里奥利旋转刺激耐受水平低于90°/s的受试者9人,进行下列试验:①PCH对急性MS的预防作用:观察受试者在电动转椅旋转过程中的胃电周期和急性MS症状;②PCH对视前庭相互作用的影响:观察视动性眼震(Optokineticnystagmus,OKN)、前庭眼动反身(Vestibularocularreflex,VOR)和视前庭眼动反射(Visual-vestibularocularreflex,VVOR)的频率和最大慢相速度。用东莨菪碱和安慰剂作对照,将PCH分为每次服2mg和4mg两组,严格按双盲法给药。用前庭功能检查仪评定结果。结果PCH有显著的预防MS的效应,对OKN、VOR和VVOR三种眼动反射均有一定的抑制作用,且其效应有剂量依赖性。结论PCH具有与东莨菪碱相近的抗运动病效应。
Objective To investigate the antimotion sickness effect of phencynonate hydrochloride(PCH) developed by the Military Medical Academy. Methods Nine young men with Coriolis rotating stimulation tolerance level below 90°/s were chosen to undergo 2 experiments.PCH(2 mg or 4 mg),scoplamine(0.3 mg or 0.6 mg),and placebo were assigned to subjects in double blind and random fashion.①In order to explore the antimotion sickness effect of PCH, electrogastrogram were recorded before,during,and after rotation stimulation and motion sickness( MS) symptoms were recorded immediately after rotation. ②In order to explore the influence of PCH on visual vestibular interaction,frequency and maximal slow phase velocities of optokinetic nystagmus(OKN),vestibular ocular reflex(VOR) and visual vestibular ocular reflex(VVOR) were measured after taking assigned drugs. Results PCH has significant antimotion sickness effect,and inhibitory effects on OKN,VOR and VVOR.These effects were dose dependant. Conclusion The antimotion sickness effect of PCH is similar to that of scoplamine.
